One of the most exciting (and perhaps overlooked) parts of the flood account is when God sends a great wind to dry up the land. What an amazing moment that must have been! Pictured in this painting is Noah’s weariness combined with his resolute faith. What a relief it must have been as the clouds began to recede and the sun came out!
