Based on Philippians 4:22: All the saints greet you, especially those of Caesar’s household. (ESV) Caesar’s household meant the many people who served Nero, including praetorian guards chained to Paul while he was an under house arrest in Rome for two years in his own rented apartment. According to scripture, some of these guards, Paul himself, had led to Christ. Timothy, holding the scroll, may have taken dictation from Paul.
