Homeward Bound

I chose a girl riding on a train to suggest the passing of time as described in Ecclesiastes 3. As she peers out the window, she discovers a moment of splendor – she can’t help but touch the glass and stare out. Verse 10-12 says, “He has set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” The longing we feel in moments like these remind us that we are made for something more. God is truly making all things beautiful in its time – including us. So savor those moments of fleeting beauty. As believers in Christ, they are reminders that we are homeward bound.
